Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and management plans to advise the Executive Board on strategic directions.
- Establish salary structures and benefits policies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Manage performance evaluation tools (BSC/KPI) to support the Executive Board in structuring an efficient and effective HR operation.
- Maintain and foster corporate culture within the company.
- Oversee labor relations, ensuring fairness, transparency, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage the HR and Administration departments effectively, resolving any arising issues promptly..
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, with preference for candidates holding HR-related professional certifications.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR Head position
- Expertise in tax regulations, corporate financial law, and finance technology tools.
- Required skills: Strategic planning & execution, Problem-solving, Presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
