Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Review revenue and expense items, ensuring alignment with approved budget plans and company processes.
• Manage tax reporting, audits, and relations with government agencies.
• Oversee investor relations, investment, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and address department-related tax issues.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and other departments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. Candidates who graduated abroad are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position: Head/Deputy Head of Accounting at companies with more than 1,000 employees.
• Big 4 background candidates are preferred.
• Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and change-oriented mindset.
• Good reading and comprehension in English.
