Country Manager (Food Service)

The Company: Our client is a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, focusing on growth through innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s sales, output, and market share growth targets.
• Manage and lead the Go-Direct business functions and ensure their alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term business strategies for product launches and brand growth.
• Ensure smooth operations and coordination across departments such as HR, finance, IT, and procurement.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors on business performance.
• Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and market coverage targets, driving consumer trust and brand loyalty.
• Handle customer-related issues, including debt, logistics, and product exchanges.
• Resolve cross-departmental issues to ensure seamless achievement of company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in a senior management role within the food industry or related industries, with a strong background in leadership and operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent command of English.
• Flexible, strategic, and proactive approach to driving business success.
