Country Manager (Expats only)

The Company:
Our Client is one of the reputable and on top lists of Building Materials industry with significant growth in past years. They are currently looking for a Country Manager who could continue to strive their business here in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and overseeing the establishment and management of the subsidiary in Vietnam in order to deliver the Business Plan for short and middle term (3-5 years).
- Responsible for managing an integrated team delivering impact for the country, in line with regionally agreed strategies and priorities, and in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated strategies to delivery service and customer orientation policies, ensuring they follow the guidelines and brand visibility.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrated working of a multi-functional organization delivering effective operations, marketing, and commercial strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferably a master’s degree).
- >10 years of experience in the similar role managing a multi-functional organization (include Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and other supporting functions)
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams.
- Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven financial acumen.
- Advanced English.
