Role & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the agency meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of marketing, communications, and PR professionals.
- Foster a positive working environment, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Implement and refine processes to enhance operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the country budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities to drive agency growth.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize insights to drive strategic decisions and keep the agency at the forefront of the industry.

Brand Representation:
- Serve as the public face of the agency in the country, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing, communications, or PR agency.
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
