Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet board and shareholder objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt plans accordingly.
• Analyze market trends to devise effective sales strategies aimed at revenue growth.
• Monitor financial performance, investments, and business ventures.

• Supervise day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Set and manage sales targets, providing guidance and feedback to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and sales processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
