The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in FMCG consulting in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from inception to delivery within agreed timelines and client KPIs.
• Communicate with clients through various channels including face-to-face meetings, email, and live chat.
• Develop innovative and appealing proposals to present new ideas to clients.
• Monitor order status, shipping progress, and facilitate exchanges.
• Track customer KPIs efficiently using trackers and internal reporting tools.
• Address customer complaints, inquiries, and pricing requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and provide timely updates and resolutions for orders with issues.
• Ensure unbiased and professional handling of all customer matters.
• Employ selling techniques to upsell or cross-sell products as opportunities arise.
• Adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate a passion for learning new tools to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of sales order management, shipping, and invoicing to assist customers with their orders.
• Handle online exchanges, address product issues, and arrange offline exchanges as needed.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of sales invoiced accounting exceptions.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and provide well-weighted recommendations as needed.
• Provide regular status reports for each account/program and review them weekly with the internal account management team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of client support experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high order volume.
• Track record in managing client relationships and supporting the other teams as finance, operations, purchasing, etc.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing premiums, POS, and print products is advantageous.
• Experience in handling premiums and POS materials for the dark market.
• English Intermediate and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is desirable.
