The Company: Our client stands at the forefront of the ecommerce realm, empowering brands and retailers to thrive in Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the CEO’s right hand, driving alignment and execution of top priorities.
• Oversee the CEO Office team, managing strategic planning, communication, and special projects.
• Organise and facilitate CEO-level meetings, leadership offsites, and quarterly reviews.
• Partner with the CEO, Deputy CEO, and leadership team to shape and execute the company’s long-term strategy.
• Support regional expansion, including integrating a new business in Thailand and future M&A activities.
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks across Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment between Vietnam and Thailand teams.
• Work closely with HR on leadership development, organisational design, and talent strategy.
• Support the CEO in investor relations, board meetings, and corporate communications.
• Prepare investor updates, financial reports, and board presentations.
• Lead high-priority projects that fall outside standard business functions.
• Work with Business Transformation, Data Solutions, and Tech teams to optimise processes and scale automation.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in a related field or professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or leadership in a high-growth company.
• Strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, executive communications, and high-stakes decision-making.
• Experience in e-commerce or tech, working with C-level executives, and proficiency in SEA languages.
