Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and execute financial strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Provide financial insights to drive key business decisions and enhance profitability.
• Develop financial models for strategic planning, including IPO, M&A, and international growth.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, and monthly forecasting with accurate financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity for growth.
• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and ERP implementation.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and governance regulations.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team, addressing historical challenges and fostering growth.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders, presenting financial reports and strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree or recognized Finance professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 15+ years of senior financial experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Retail, Distribution, or E-commerce industries.
• Matrix management and business partnership experience; Big 4 audit firm experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on building effective teams and developing talent.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and drive long-term, impactful strategies.
