The Company: Our client is one of the largest F&B chains in the world, and they are making their first investment into the Vietnamese market.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end process of establishing new F&B chain systems in Vietnam, from conceptualization to execution.
• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify potential locations and assess market demand.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies for each new establishment, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Oversee the selection of suitable suppliers, contractors, and partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for new ventures.
• Manage all aspects of project implementation, including site development, construction, interior design, and equipment procurement.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team to support the successful launch and operation of new F&B outlets.
• Implement robust operational procedures and systems to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of products and services.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial indicators to track progress against targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, adjusting strategies as needed to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Uphold the company’s values and standards, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the F&B industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching new ventures.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and regulatory landscape in Vietnam, particularly in relation to F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
