Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
- Foster an innovative, high-performance culture that drives the development of new products, services, and business models.
- Lead the company in expanding its market share and entering new markets, with a focus on both regional and global growth opportunities.
- Group-level Management:
- Oversee the overall performance of all divisions, including sales, marketing, production, supply chain, finance, and HR, ensuring they operate cohesively toward the achievement of the corporate vision.
- Establish effective corporate governance and policies to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
- Develop and manage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators.
- Operational Oversight:
- Be actively involved in key operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and effective execution of strategies across all business units.
- Lead by example in driving operational excellence, from product development to marketing, ensuring the company’s offerings align with consumer needs and industry trends.
- Identify and address operational challenges, ensuring the company remains adaptable to market shifts and competitive pressures.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring profitability, cost management, and healthy growth.
- Monitor financial metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and maximize shareholder value.
- Work with the CFO to ensure robust financial planning, budgeting, and risk management practices.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performing leadership team, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Inspire and motivate employees at all levels to achieve excellence and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to senior management, while promoting a culture of continuous development and career growth.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and investors.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing its interests at industry forums, conferences, and media appearances.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years at the Group or Corporate level.

Proven track record in driving business growth, managing complex operations, and delivering successful strategic initiatives.

Strong hands-on leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to make tactical decisions and manage day-to-day operations, when necessary.

Extensive experience in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and navigating market dynamics within the FMCG sector.

Strong strategic thinking and vision with an ability to execute and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage teams.

In-depth understanding of FMCG market trends, consumer behavior, and supply chain management in Vietnam market.

High degree of financial acumen, with experience in managing large-scale budgets and forecasting.

Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
