Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and recommend improvements for business processes using a new management system.
- Standardize processes across departments to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Review current processes (AS IS) and design future processes (TO-BE) for Commercial, Services, and Operations.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to measure outcomes and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Manage business transformation programs to achieve key outcomes and provide updates to the Steering Committee.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements, provide training, and gain support for process updates.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to help employees transition to new processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and high adoption rates.
- Coach a team of business analysts to build management systems for key departments.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation using technology and data, and develop a transformation roadmap with clear prioritization
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, especially in management consulting and digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies and change management for large organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to driving business transformation.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English required.
