Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the department’s sales plans and results, ensuring compliance with processes and objectives.
- Oversee and manage workforces of more than 40 employees.
- Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and annual sales strategies to meet approved targets.
- Develop and implement customer and team policies and processes.
- Supervise sales operations, market expansion, and performance KPIs.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure team productivity and compliance.
- Train and coach junior staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Address urgent issues and implement directives from senior management.
- Promote the company’s image and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Willingness to relocate within assigned regions.
