Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop New Customers: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Create your own leads through a variety of methods including cold calling/emailing, research, actively networking etc.
- Further Expand your Network: Build and maintain strong relationships within local industrial zones to enhance our market presence.
- Proactive Market Approach: Implement strategic sales initiatives to increase our market share.
- Maintain Existing Customer Relationships: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement with our existing customers through regular communication and support.
Requirements:
- Fluently in English.
- At least 5 years experience in industrial Sales (preferably in packaging)
- Good relationship with F&B/Chemical customers
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business analysis and reporting.
