The Company: Our client is a leading provider of energy and industrial solutions, specializing in fuel distribution, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), and industrial services. With a strong presence in the Vietnamese market, the company is committed to delivering sustainable and efficient energy solutions to various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, and commercial sectors. As part of their expansion strategy, they are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and develop their sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of 4-5 members, ensuring that individual and team sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s market share in LPG, LNG, and industrial energy solutions.
- Work closely with senior management to align sales efforts with company objectives and business growth plans.
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding into potential markets and industries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, industrial partners, and government agencies.
- Actively engage in networking and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate business leads.
- Sales Performance & Market Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to develop strategic insights.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support for team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Work with internal teams to optimize customer service, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, fuel, LPG, LNG, or industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and growing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to sales management.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, and market forecasting.
- Willingness to travel across Vietnam for business meetings and customer visits.
