The Company: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead the creation and development of their car loan product. This is an exciting opportunity to build a product journey from the ground up, identify qualified customers, and establish competitive lending rates and terms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Design and implement the complete product journey for their car loan offerings, including identifying target customers, establishing lending rates, and defining terms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand vehicle liquidity and assess competitive loan rates and terms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product offerings comply with relevant legal regulations, particularly those established by the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and legal advisors, to ensure the successful launch and management of the car loan product.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to promote the car loan product and drive customer acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously refine offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the financial services sector (banks, financial institutions, pawnshops).
- Strong understanding of car loan models, lending practices, and market dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of legal regulations related to financial products in Vietnam.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and meet targets.
- Relevant degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
