The Company: Our client is an iconic brand in the Electronic Components Trading Sector, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the industrial and electronic components sectors, introducing our products and services while identifying their specific needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone-based communication, nurturing them through the sales pipeline until they are ready to be passed to the field sales team or closed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Identify and understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Business or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, able to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
