Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, focusing on automation solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and achieve new client targets in the Vietnam market.
Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the automation sector.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Conduct market research to identify client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide customized automation solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 3+ years in business development or sales in automation.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation technologies.
• Prefer candidates with strong connections in the F&B or Pharma/Life Sciences sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
