The Company: Our client is one the leading in F&B manufacturing in Vietnam.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of strategy, policy, and operational plans for the Food Business, including unprocessed and processed food.
• Drive operational excellence, optimize revenue and profit, deliver financial sustainability, and deliver excellent customer service and presentation
• Lead and motivate a high-performing, customer-focused team with a food safety culture and high-quality commitment.
• Develop a highly profitable hospitality business that supports maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Manage and control the operation of food production, sales activities, and other supporting functions under Food Business.

Requirements:

• Possess a professional background in the F&B manufacturing sector.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as business head or director of food sales.
• Demonstrate understanding of the FFF integration model and strategy.
