The Company: Our client is a prominent and reputable trading company, recognized for its innovative products and strong market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to align with company strategy and ensure operational excellence.
• Engage with service, sales, and supply chain departments to provide comprehensive support, aiming to achieve the company’s financial and business goals through various projects and activities.
• Offer insightful contributions to business analysis and performance enhancement, questioning assumptions and evaluating ROI calculations or non-financial KPIs.
• Lead the Budget process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business strategies.
• Develop business performance measurements, reporting tools, and decision-making frameworks, including support for value chain and pricing strategies such as distributor models, margins, and trading terms.
• Monitor all financial KPIs rigorously to ensure the company meets its targets, promptly raising any concerns and recommending actions to the management team.
• Utilize and understand the most relevant KPIs effectively for decision-making.
• Analyze investment proposals and their performance to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance and Accounting or any other relevant areas or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively in a high-performing team
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Finance Controller/Finance Business Partner ideally within the FMCG industry
• Analytical skills with a keen sense of organization and detail
• Proven time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
