Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison by working directly with Japanese customers to understand requirements, specifications, and working processes.
- Translate and transfer customer requirements from Japanese clients to the Vietnam-based team for effective project execution.
- Provide on-site support in Japan when needed, ensuring smooth communication and project continuity.
- Assist Department Heads in identifying and exploring potential business opportunities.
- Support translation efforts between Vietnamese and Japanese for various projects as required.
Requirements:
- Vietnamese nationality with proficiency in Japanese, supported by recognized certifications (minimum N2 level or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience working in Japan or directly with Japanese customers.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with strong business acumen.
- Experience in project management for 2 or more years.
- Background in business analysis for 1 or more years.
- Experience working on software development projects (web systems, mobile, or PC applications).
- A proactive, learner-type attitude with a willingness to adopt new technologies, domain expertise, and innovative mindsets.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
Additional Information:
- A strong BrSE candidate with excellent Japanese language skills and readiness for business trips is highly desirable.
