Bridge Engineer (Thai speaking)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with Thai customers to gather requirements, understand specifications, and discuss working processes and technical solutions.
• Translate customer requirements from Thai clients to the Vietnam-based team for seamless project execution.
• Work onsite in Thailand to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Thai customers or having proficiency in the Thai language.
• Strong communication skills in English and either Vietnamese or Japanese.
• Background in software development (e.g., web, cloud) with hands-on technical experience.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to work under tight schedules.
• Prior onsite work experience in Thailand is a significant advantage.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Open to Thai nationals who are willing to travel to Vietnam for initial training on a business trip basis, with all necessary documentation supported by our client.
• The role involves an initial period of 1-2 months in Vietnam, followed by a long-term assignment in Thailand (approximately 1-2 years or longer based on suitability).
