The Company: Our client is a top-tier company in the cosmetics industry with a strong market presence in Asia.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build brand equity and market share on e-commerce platforms.
- Drive sales and visibility through digital campaigns, product launches, and online brand presence.
- Execute targeted campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social media, influencers) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Cross-functional with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand execution online.
- Track KPIs, assess campaign performance, and report results to adjust strategies for optimal impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 03 years of experience in e-commerce operations; proven success in online platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Data-driven with a clear business mindset, able to analyze performance metrics and make profit-oriented decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, and Vietnamese and preferred Mandarin for business communication.
