The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Process Development: Lead the development and optimization of the ball drop process to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and performance of equipment used in the ball drop process.
• Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments, to drive process improvements.
• Training: Provide technical guidance and training to operators and other team members on the ball drop process and related equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of process parameters, changes, and outcomes to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all process operations are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of process development, data analysis, and equipment management.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
