Automation Sales Leader (Korean)

The Company: Our client is a leading global provider of advanced automation solutions, committed to innovation and excellence across various industries is looking for Sales Leader position in HCMC.
Role & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Leader will be responsible for promoting, selling, and securing new business accounts to increase market share, managing client relationships- especially Korean customer , expanding existing accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and providing market intelligence.
- Planning & Sales:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for direct and distributor sales in assigned segments and territories.
- Align distribution and key account development to maximize market penetration and create new business opportunities.
- Market Development:
- Actively market new products and create strong awareness among all accounts to attain market leadership. Identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing ones.
- Performance Management:
- Achieve target sales revenues, profit margins, and expense objectives.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports, sales forecasts, and project follow-up lists.
- Track distributor performance and update project reference lists.
- Market Expansion:
- Respond quickly to customer needs and take initiatives to create new business or expand the market.
- Ensure the attainment of sales targets and an increase in market share.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, including distributors, contractors, and consultants.
- Influence key decision-makers and specifications to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team objectives.
- Play a leadership role in pulling resources towards goal attainment.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Factory Automation, Smart Manufacturing (Automation/IIOT solutions), ERP/ MES.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technical sales.
- Strong communication and people skills, including sales presentation and training skills.
- Good English.
