Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Handle Analytical Lab, Packaging Lab, Issue Lab… Review and improve laboratory standard operating procedures
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Collect and compile statistical quality data. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Co-operate with Production department, WH section, Maintenance department to complete the assigned task
- Complete the objectives of Department Head
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Food Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in Food industries in the quality / technical field
- Get used to GSFI requirements and practical implementation of GSFI (HACCP, BRC 8, ISO 22000, Halal, RFA, Organic etc).
- Good communication in English
