The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable micro-motor products and solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of micro-motor applications.
• Develop and customize motor applications to meet specific client demands, including motor performance optimization and system compatibility.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Preparation of technical drawings, production-oriented item and complete drawings for micromotors and electromechanical assembled 3D & 2D, lists (BOM, Cpk, PPk, statistical tolerance etc.) and calculations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support project planning and execution.
• Manage technical aspects of customer projects, including timeline coordination, resource allocation, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in micro-motor technologies, industry standards, and competitors’ offerings.
• Provide insights on emerging trends and potential application opportunities for micro-motor products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an application engineering, product engineering, or similar technical role in the micro-motor or related sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with China OEM network in Vietnam; experience with floor care clients would be an advantage.
• Highly self-organized, motivated, resilient personality.
