The Company: Our client is an agency with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
o Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
o Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, images, and content, to improve search engine visibility.
o Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the overall strategy.
2. Technical SEO:
o Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
o Monitor and optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, site architecture, and crawlability.
3. Content Optimization:
o Work closely with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
o Implement internal linking strategies to enhance user navigation and improve page authority.
4. Link Building:
o Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and credibility.
o Identify and reach out to relevant industry websites and influencers for collaboration opportunities.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
o Provide regular performance reports, highlighting progress, trends, and areas for improvement.
6. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
o Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and up-to-date
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
