Role & Responsibilities:
• Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of our solutions to potential clients within Building Technology field.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while cultivating strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and propose customized solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our automation technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within building sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems and design tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
