Responsibilities:
• Customer Services, Key Account Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Garment Textile Label industry.
o Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
o Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
o Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Market Analysis:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
o Provide regular market feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
• Fluent Japanese Speaking:
o Essential requirement for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients.
o Open to Japanese or Korean expatriates willing to relocate to Hanoi.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Garment Textile Label industry or consumable part sales
o Native Japanese or Japanese speaking Korean
• Language Skills:
o Fluent in Japanese is a must. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
o Additional proficiency in Korean is a plus.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Customer Service Management:
o Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to key accounts.
o Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive resolution.
o Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
• Result-Oriented:
o Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
o Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
