Senior Client Services Manager

The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in FMCG consulting in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery within agreed timelines and client KPIs.
• Communicate with clients via various channels, including face-to-face meetings, email, and live chat.
• Generate innovative proposals to pitch new ideas to clients.
• Monitor order status, shipping progress, and facilitate exchanges.
• Track and report on client KPIs efficiently.
• Address client complaints, inquiries, and product information requests.
• Investigate the root causes of issues and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Adhere to professional and unbiased conduct in all interactions.
• Utilize selling techniques to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Adapt quickly to changes and learn new tools to enhance efficiency.
• Manage sales order processes, shipping, and invoicing.
• Handle online exchanges and address product issues.
• Reconcile sales invoices and address accounting exceptions.
• Prioritize tasks and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Provide regular status reports and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of client support experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high order volume.
• Track record in managing client relationships and supporting the other teams as finance, operations, purchasing, etc …
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing premiums, POS, and print products is advantageous.
• Experience in handling premiums and POS materials for the dark market.
• English: Intermediate and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is desirable.
