Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the solar rooftop segment.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth in the solar rooftop market.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including commercial and industrial property owners, government agencies, and utilities, to promote our solar rooftop solutions.
• Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including solar panel manufacturers, EPC contractors, financing institutions, and regulatory bodies, to enhance our competitive position and expand our market reach.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and policy changes related to solar energy and rooftop installations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar rooftop projects.
• Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
