Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pricing frameworks and margin control for new and existing products, including maintaining pricing data.
• Analyze overhead structure on the commercial side and suggest cost reduction methods, including sales incentive plans.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for the GPM program for the Business Unit and Group.
• Plan half-yearly forecasts and annual budgets for the company’s commercial operations.
• Prepare monthly latest estimates and rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with audit companies to prepare the Legal Package report at the end of the financial year.
• Monitor and report actual monthly expenses to Department Managers.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to relevant departments and continuously improve reporting and analysis of commercial results.
• Integrate commercial finance into the IBP process through financial forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management.
• Promote a Return on Investment mindset, conduct finance training sessions, lead finance-related projects, and prepare analyses and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting
• ACCA, CPA qualified are preferred
• At least 5 years in the same position in foreign manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of management control mechanisms.
• English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
• Excellent use of Excel, familiar with the SAP system
